1. Unopened Products – You may return unopened, sealed products within 14 days of delivery for a refund (minus shipping).

2. Opened Products – For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

3. Damaged or Wrong Item – If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours with photos and we’ll replace or refund it.

4. Individual Results Vary – Everyone’s body is different, so we cannot guarantee results. Refunds are not available if the product doesn’t work for you.

5. Adverse Reactions – If you experience an unexpected reaction, stop use immediately and contact us. You may be eligible for a full refund. (Note: We are not responsible for reactions caused by allergies, pre-existing conditions, or failure to follow the recommended use.)

6. Refund Process – To request a return, email us at info@1030collections.com with your order details. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
