  1. Unopened Products – You may return unopened, sealed products within 14 days of delivery for a refund (minus shipping).

  2. Opened Products – For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

  3. Damaged or Wrong Item – If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours with photos and we’ll replace or refund it.
